A relatively longer and intensive engagement which spans across the depth and breadth of project life-cycle, be it for a product built from scratch or a service with existing users.

• Requirements elucidation & user research - working with stakeholders / business analysts / target audience to identify and validate problem areas or opportunities for intervention

• Explore solutions and visualise interactive wireframes

• Work with multi-disciplinary team of engineers, developers, content-writers, graphic and motion designers to ensure optimal implementation

• User Testing at different stages of product development + Analytics for solution validation
