User testing & feedback
WaterLinx is a citizen science tool/mobile app developed by the University of Luxembourg with stakeholders like Nature Parks, River Partnerships etc through co-design process.
It is crucial to test it with sample users before launching/promoting for larger audience country-wide. The app was tested with 15 participants while using in-situ at water-bodies.
Observations and user interviews were followed by a user feedback survey form to collect usage patterns and pain-points for improvement by the developer - Spotteron.
Website design
A portal to launch the Waterlinx app as well as the citizen science project/related initiatives for fresh-water body monitoring and regeneration.
Tailoring the portal developed with CMS platform - Joomla/K2
Creation of assets and content to go hand-in-hand with a succinct narrative for audience ranging from citizens to municipalities, government agencies and policymakers.
